Impervious Cover Percentage. The percentage calculated by dividing the total acres of impervious cover on the Land by the total number of acres included in the Land. Whether or not outdoor decks are included in the calculation of impervious cover shall be determined by the City Engineer based on the deck design and materials. In the calculation of impervious cover, the following shall be characterized as pervious for all purposes: open space, greenbelt, park, irrigation field, flood plain, water quality and/or drainage facility and/or area not lined with impermeable material, detention facility not lined with impermeable material, swale, irrigation area, playground, athletic fields, granite and/or pea gravel trail.

Impervious Cover: As defined by the TCEQ, currently 30 Texas Administrative Code 213.3 (17) and as defined in the Dripping Springs Code of Ordinances Section 22.05.016(c) except swimming pools shall not be considered as impervious cover if they comply with freeboard requirements to capture the water quality volume for the surface area as required by the TCEQ. For residential tracts, Single Family Lot Impervious Cover Assumptions, as set forth in Exhibit H, shall be utilized to determine impervious cover on residential lots.

Impervious Cover Percentage. The total acres of Impervious Cover (a) on the Property divided by the total number of acres of the Property, or (b) on any portion of the Property contained in a Sector Plan divided by the total number of acres included in the portion of the Property contained in such Sector Plan, but excluding River Road.

  • Losses in Excess of the Stated Threshold In the event that the sum of the Cumulative Loss Amount under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and the Stated Loss Amount under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement meets or exceeds the Stated Threshold, the loss/recovery sharing percentages set forth herein shall change from 80/20 to 95/5 and thereafter the Receiver shall pay to the Assuming Bank, in immediately available funds, an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the Monthly Shared-Loss Amount reported on the Monthly Certificate. If the Monthly Shared-Loss Amount reported on the Monthly Certificate is a negative number, the Assuming Bank shall pay to the Receiver in immediately available funds ninety-five percent (95%) of that amount.
