The final evaluation shall be signed by the supervising administrator. The effective communication of this evaluation to the unit member is essential. When used thoughtfully and carefully, this form is intended to aid the unit member and evaluator in arriving at an understanding of the unit member’s performance in a given position. This evaluation will become part of the unit member’s personnel file.
