Common use of In-House CLEs Clause in Contracts

In-House CLEs. (a) The Department shall apply for approval from the Oregon State Bar for providing CLE courses. The Department will provide at least twenty (20) hours of approved CLE credit per calendar year, to include not less than two (2) hours of approved ethics credit. The Department will encourage each Division after coordinating with the CLE Committee to present at least six (6) hours of approved CLE courses per calendar year that are relevant to the work of the attorneys in each of that Division’s sections. All section- specific CLEs will be available to all DOJ attorneys.

The Department will encourage each Division after coordinating with the CLE Committee to present at least six (6) hours of approved CLE courses per calendar year that are relevant to the work of the attorneys in each of that Division’s sections. All section- section-specific CLEs will be available to all DOJ attorneys.
