IN LIEU OF PAY Sample Clauses

IN LIEU OF PAY. If an eligible employee opts not to enroll in the health insurance coverage, they shall be given a payment of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) per month "in lieu of" health insurance coverage. The employee has the choice of a cash payment, or an annuity payment with one of our recognized annuity companies.

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • Form of Payments All payments to Holders will be made as Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposits into an account designated by each Holder at the Site.

  • Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed Ninety-Two Thousand Dollars ($92,000.00), unless additional compensation is approved in writing by the District.
