Increase in Hours. The following provisions apply when a nurse works additional hours that are not the result of covering for leaves of absence, vacations, or sick leave, and there is not a foreseeable end to the need for additional hours.

Increase in Hours. The following provisions apply when a nurse works 13 additional hours that are not the result of covering for leaves of absence, 14 vacations, or sick leave, and there is not a foreseeable end to the need for 15 additional hours.
