Increases to Revenue from Legislation. If the state of Oregon, the Federal Government, or other public sources pass legislation that increases revenue to Providence Health System during the term of this agreement, the Oregon Nurses Association may provide notice of its intent to reopen the current agreement and negotiate terms contained in Appendix A. Upon receiving notice from ONA to reopen the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Providence shall convene with the Oregon Nurses Association no less than thirty days after receiving the Union's notification to initiate bargaining over the increased revenue.
