Increment and Increment Dates. a) An employee shall receive a regular increment within the salary range established for the assigned position subject to (c) at the intervals outlined in Schedules A1 and A2. Where an employee is on lay-off or leave of absence without pay for a period in excess of three (3) months the increment date shall be delayed by the period of absence without pay.
