Others Using Your Account If you allow anyone else to use your account, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. Same Day/Next Day Appointments When Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day.
