Indication of Affiliation. Members of the bargaining unit and representatives of the employer may, and in their scholarly publications shall, indicate their affiliation with the University of Ottawa. Where it can reasonably be perceived that they are speaking, writing, or acting in the name or on behalf of the University of Ottawa, and they are not properly and specifically authorized to do so, they shall indicate clearly that they are not speaking, writing, or acting, as the case may be, in the name or on behalf of the University of Ottawa.
