Common use of Indigenous Language Allowance Clause in Contracts

A staff member who has a recognised proficiency in any one of the Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander languages and is required to use the recognised language as a position requirement will be paid an allowance as specified in Schedule 2.
