Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements. The Hospital and the Association agree to implement individual special circumstance arrangements pursuant to Article 13.05 of the collective agreement. The Hospital and the Association agree that the intention of creating this type of arrangement is primarily to assist Registered Nurses with identified special circumstances by reducing their full-time hours.
