Common use of Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements. The Hospital and the Union agree to implement individual special circumstance schedules pursuant to Article 13 of the Collective Agreement. The Hospital and the Union will establish a Letter of Understanding for all individuals approved to work Individual Special circumstance scheduling arrangements. The Letter of Understanding will be reviewed annually. The following conditions will apply:

Such arrangement(s) will be documented by a Letter of Understanding. The Hospital and will provide to the Union will establish a Letter list of Understanding for all individuals on an approved to work Individual Special circumstance scheduling arrangements. The Letter of Understanding will be reviewed annually. The following conditions will apply:Circumstance schedule in January each year.
