Indoctrination. The CPFFA will have the right to address each new fire training class for a period of one hour while they are in attendance at the Fire Training Academy, for the purpose of informing new employees of the existence of the CPFFA and its function as a representative of employees.

Indoctrination. As soon as possible after enrolment, the Advisory Committee along with a representative from the Ministry will hold an indoctrination meeting with new trainees. This indoctrination will include an outline of the training program as well as the specific responsibilities of the trainees in regards to both the Company and the Ministry.

Indoctrination. All youth are indoctrinated to the above noted terms and conditions and fitted with an electronic device prior to being released from custody. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
