INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT BENEFITS. All employees will be covered by the provisions of the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act (Chapter 616 of the NRS) and the Nevada Occupational Disease Act (Chapter 617 of the NRS) that provide for payment of industrial accident benefits and compensation for partial and temporary total disability (TTD) arising from industrial injuries and occupational diseases, hereinafter collectively referred to as "injury."
