Industrial Illness or Accident Leave. 601 Eligible members of the bargaining unit who sustain an injury or illness arising directly out of and in the course and scope of their employment shall be entitled to industrial accident or illness leave limited to sixty (60) working days per each incident. This leave shall not be accumulated from year to year. Industrial accident or illness leave shall commence on the first day of absence.
