Ineligibility For Termination Pay. (a) An otherwise qualified player will not be entitled to termination pay under this Article if the Club can demonstrate that, after receipt of a writ- ten warning from his Club in the form attached hereto as Appendix N, the player failed to exhibit the level of good faith effort which can be reasonably expected from NFL players on that Club.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
