Informal Stage - Individual. A Member, with concurrence of the Bargaining Unit, may initiate a complaint by discussing it with the immediate supervisor. The supervisor shall answer the complaint in writing within five (5) days after receipt of the complaint. If the reply of the immediate supervisor is not acceptable to the individual, a meeting to discuss the complaint may be arranged with the Administrator of Employee Relations and the Bargaining Unit President.
