Information Systems Review. ODM or its designee may review the information system capabilities of the MCP at the following times: before ODM enters into a provider agreement with a new MCP, when a participating MCP undergoes a major information system upgrade or change, when there is identification of significant information system problems, or any time at ODM’ discretion. The MCP shall participate in the review. The review will assess the extent to which the MCP is capable of maintaining a health information system including producing valid encounter data, performance measures, and other data necessary to support quality assessment and improvement, as well as managing the care delivered to its members.   • Information Systems 5.1. The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”).
