System Upgrade definition

System Upgrade means an addition or modification to a public utility’s transmission or distribution system or to an affected system that is required to accommodate the interconnection of a small generator facility.
System Upgrade has the meaning set forth in Sub-Article 6A(A).
System Upgrade or “upgrading” means the modernization or modification of underground storage tank system installations through tank and piping upgrades to comply with the rules of DNR under 567—subrule 135.3(2).

  • Except for Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, Developer shall have no right to construct System Upgrade Facilities under this option.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto.

More Definitions of System Upgrade

System Upgrade means the improvement or enhancement in the technology or service capabilities made by the Grantee to the System as more fully described in Section 4.
