Information to be Furnished to Committee. The Company shall furnish the Committee such data and information as it may require. The records of the Company shall be determinative of each Participant’s period of employment, termination of employment and the reason therefor, leave of absence, reemployment, years of service, personal data, and compensation or bonus reductions. Participants and their Beneficiaries shall furnish to the Committee such evidence, data, or information, and execute such documents as the Committee requests.
Information to be Furnished to Committee. The Company and Subsidiaries shall furnish the Committee with such data and information as it determines may be required for it to discharge its duties. The records of the Company and Subsidiaries as to an Eligible Employee’s or Participant’s employment (or other provision of services), termination of employment (or cessation of the provision of services), leave of absence, reemployment and compensation shall be conclusive on all persons unless determined to be incorrect. Participants and other persons entitled to benefits under the Plan must furnish the Committee such evidence, data or information as the Committee considers desirable to carry out the terms of the Plan.

Information to be Furnished to Committee. In order for the Committee to discharge its duties, it may require the Company, its Affiliates, Participants and other persons entitled to benefits under the Omnibus Plan to provide it with certain data and information.

The records of the Company and Subsidiaries as to an Employee’s, Director’s or Participant’s employment, termination of employment, performance of Services, termination of Services, leave of absence, reemployment and compensation shall be conclusive on all persons unless determined to be manifestly incorrect. Participants and other persons entitled to benefits under the Plan must, as a condition to the receipt or settlement of any Award hereunder, furnish the Committee with such evidence, data or information as the Committee reasonably considers desirable to carry out the terms of the Plan.

The Committee shall be entitled to rely on any information furnished by the Company that is needed for calculation of benefits due under the Plan, or any matters relating to administration of the Plan. A Participant, surviving spouse, or other person entitled to benefits under the Plan must furnish to the Committee such evidence, data or information as the Committee considers desirable to carry out the Plan. Any benefits under the Plan may be conditional upon the prompt submission of such information. Any adjustment by the Committee by reason of a misstatement of age or lack of information will be made in a manner the Committee deems equitable.
