Infrastructure charges. In order for the Railway Undertaking to use the ØSB’s railway infrastructure, the Railway Undertaking is obliged to pay infrastructure charges to Banedanmark, in accordance with the valid Executive order, regarding payment for use of the State railway and regarding environmental subsidies for freight transportation on the rail network, as well as the valid Executive order on infrastructure charges etc. for the rail network. Banedanmark sends an invoice for infrastructure charges before the 20th of each month. Prior to issuing the invoice for infrastructure charges, Banedanmark forwards documentation stating the infrastructure charges to be paid by the Railways Undertaking. The documentation is forwarded to the Railway Undertaking monthly and comprises a specification of the individual settlements. The purpose of forwarding the documentation stating the infrastructure charges to be paid is to make it possible for each Railway Undertaking to review the settlements before the invoice being issued. In case the Railway Undertaking has comments on the documentation stating the infrastructure charges to be paid, the Railway Undertaking should inform Banedanmark of such comments within 2 days upon receipt of the documentation stating the infrastructure charges to be paid. This is a prerequisite to enable Banedanmark to take into account the comments forwarded by the Railway Undertaking and to enable Banedanmark to issue the invoice before the 20th of each month.

Infrastructure charges. Charges for the VDC Service shall comprise a Fixed Rate Charge based on the Committed Usage (“Committed Base Charge”) and any usage Charges as set out in paragraph 6.2.1.

5.4.2 Infrastructure Charges shall be equivalent to the water infrastructure charge that would have been payable to Thames under section 146 of the Act, Condition C of Thames’s instrument of appointment and the Thames Charges Scheme upon the connection of premises on the Site to the XYZ Distribution Network if Thames had been the appointed water undertaker for those premises in place of XYZ and the connection had therefore been made to the Thames Distribution Network.
5.4.3 XYZ shall keep a record of the date upon which premises on the Site are first connected to the XYZ Distribution Network, and shall notify Thames within 10 Business Days of both 1 April and 1 October in each Charging Year (each occurrence of 1 April or 1 October being an “Infrastructure Charging Date”) of the address of each of the premises that have been connected to the XYZ Distribution Network in the 6 months prior to the Infrastructure Charging Date (“Infrastructure Charging Period”) and the date of each connection.

Details regarding payment for traction current appear from the traction current contract. The above mentioned services are carried out according to finance act section 28.63.01 item 5, with reference to regulation on Banedanmark’s electricity supply undertaking. The charge is DKK 2.500 per issued transport permit. Invoice will be sent monthly in arrears. Invoicing address must be stated in the application.
