Common use of Initial Conference Clause in Contracts

Initial Conference. Within the first week of employment, the immediate supervisor shall hold an initial conference with the employee. During this meeting, the job description and expectations will be discussed, documented, signed, and dated by the supervisor and employee using the checklist provided by Human Resources/Staff Development. A copy of this form is to be sent to Human Resources.
