Contractors Duties and Responsibilities. During the term (as defined in Paragraph V. A., below) Contractor shall cause an athletic trainer to attend the School’s home athletic events throughout the school year. In addition, the Athletic Trainer shall travel to away Varsity playoff events (for which Contractor and School shall be given advance notice). In the event there are two home athletic events scheduled at the same time, the Athletic Director for School will decide, and notify Contractor and School in advance, whether Athletic Trainer shall divide his/her time between the athletic events or whether the Athletic Trainer shall only attend one of the events, or whether a second athletic trainer is needed for coverage. When the Athletic Trainer is attending School’s athletic events, the Athletic Trainer will not be available at the training room of the School, and contractor shall not be requested to provide an additional athletic trainer at the athletic training facility for such period of time. The Parties understand and recognize that the position of Contractor is a part time position as independent contractor. That is, the hours for the Contractor shall be determined by the Athletic Directors on an as needed basis for an average of 25 hours per week not to exceed 6 days per week. In addition, the maximum number of hours of services to be performed by Contractor and / or it’s personnel pursuant to this agreement for each school year shall be 1000 hours.
Contractors Duties and Responsibilities. 3.1 The Contractor must:
(a) provide the Regional District with the Services throughout the Term, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in Schedule “A” to this Agreement, and to the satisfaction of the Regional District;
(b) supply all labour, equipment and material, and do all things necessary for the provision of the Services;
(c) perform the Services for the Regional District with that degree of care, skill and diligence normally utilized by contractors having similar qualifications and performing duties similar to the Services;
(d) charge only the fees which the Contractor is entitled to under this Agreement for the provision of the Services;
(e) obtain and maintain in force throughout the Term the insurance required under Schedule "B" to this Agreement;
(f) be registered as an employer with WorkSafe BC, and maintain workers compensation coverage with WorkSafe BC for the Contractor and its employees;
(g) provide satisfactory proof of the Contractor’s WorkSafe BC coverage to the CVRD upon request;
(h) not subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement without the Regional District’s prior written consent;
(i) not commit or purport to commit the Regional District to the payment of any money to any person, firm or corporation, without the Regional District’s prior written consent;
(j) keep proper and accurate books of account and records of any and all monies received and disbursed in the provision of the Services and make the books of account and records available for inspection and audit by the Regional District or its authorized representatives upon request;
(k) provide the Services in compliance with all applicable health and safety standards, rules, regulations, requirements and codes of practice prescribed under any federal, provincial or local government statute, regulation, bylaw or permit relating in any respect to the Contractor’s provision of the Services; and
(l) during the Term, not perform a service for or provide advice to any person, firm or corporation which gives rise to a conflict of interest with the duties and obligations of the Contractor to the Regional District under this Agreement.
Contractors Duties and Responsibilities for the safety and protection of the WORK shall continue until such time as all the WORK is completed and CONSULTANT has issued a notice to the CITY and CONTRACTOR in accordance with paragraph 14.6.(Substantial Completion) that the WORK is acceptable (except as otherwise expressly provided in connection with Substantial Completion).

Contractors Duties and Responsibilities. The work to be performed by the Contractor includes all services and expenses, including, but not limited to wages, benefits, salaries, consumables such as food, fuel, drugs, materials, and supplies and contractor services, if any, except asotherwise provided under terms of this agreement, required to manage and operate the Animal Control Program for the City, in the manner and in accordance with the specifications of the agreed budget including but not limited to the following:
1. Administration of City Animal Control Program and of all City and State laws and regulations governing animals including but not limited to the handling of citizen complaints , patrol duties and impoundment of animals and maintenance of liaison with governmental agencies concerning the same;
2. The Contractor will provide the supervision of activities, training and personal and training of the Animal Control Unit;
3. The Contractor will serve as the primary licensing agent for the collection of fees required under municipal ordinance and will provide data entry in the City Computer System for all complaints, animal impoundments, micro-chipping and vicious dog tracking;
4. Issuance of summonses and warrants for all violations of Animal Control ordinances, including preparation of cases for trial and testimony in Court;
5. Provide shelter services, including care, feeding, and exercise of animals, strayed or abandoned or otherwise deposited to their care at the facility, provide basic first aid services for sick and injured animals;
6. Utilization and maintenance, cleaning and painting of equipment and facilities at the City Animal Control building;
7. Provide destruction of animals that are unclaimed or diseased animals and their disposal in accordance with statutory authority and currently acceptable humane standards;
8. Supervision and performance of all animal control quarantine services, to prepare animal for shipment to the University of Kansas for rabies examination as a designated agent of the City;
9. Public relations activities related to Animal Control including public information, meeting with governmental, business, professional, civil and neighborhood groups to discuss, interpret and determine progress and objectives of Animal Control Program; and,
10. Submission of weekly, monthly and annual reports to the Chief of Police regarding the status of the Animal Control Program, upon forms approved by the City.

1. LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR A Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight for program staff, training, treatment planning approval, efficacy to evidence based models and crisis intervention support.

The Contractor will exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in conformity with the normal standards of the Interior Design and Decoration profession. - The Contractor will obtain authority of the Client before initiating any service or work stage. - The Contractor shall not make any material alteration, addition to or omission from the approved design without the knowledge and consent of the Client, except if found necessary during construction for contractual reasons in which case the Contractor shall inform the client without delay. - The Contractor will have the authority to co-ordinate and integrate into the overall design the service provided by any sub-Contractors however employed. - The Contractor will give immediate notice in writing to the Client of any situation arising from force majeures which makes it impracticable to carry out any of the agreed services and agree with the Client a suitable course of action. - The Contractor will supervise all aspects of the works and takes responsibility for any issues arising directly from incorrect designs, drawings created by the Contractor. - The Contractor will appoint a project manager/coordinator who will provide weekly progress reports to the Client and will hold routine meetings with the Client as and when needed.

A. Within 14 days of the finalization of the Contract, review the existing Proposition 47 Local Evaluation Plan and logic model, and suggest revisions for consideration by the County’s Project Management team. Contractor shall also submit a revised detailed breakdown of the costs associated with conducting each part of the Evaluation Plans (to reflect any changes made in evaluation plan), and a revised timeline for conducting the evaluation and submitting all reports.
B. Upon final approval of Evaluation Plans by County’s Project Management team, work collaboratively with County and its Proposition 47 partners to identify and gather data necessary for the evaluations.
C. Provide technical assistance to County and its Proposition 47 partners, as needed, to implement the Evaluation Plans, enhance quality of data collection and tracking, and train providers on approved process and outcome measures, if needed.
D. Provide pertinent research/literature related to outcome measures to County, as needed.
E. Develop methods for assessing and enhancing fidelity of services, as needed.
F. Develop methods for ensuring validity of outcome data, as needed.
G. Participate in monthly project meetings (via telephone or in-person, as needed) with County’s Project Management team and Proposition 47 partners to discuss progress and challenges.
H. Attend bi-annual provider meetings to participate in planning, coordinating, and reporting data for the Proposition 47 grants.
I. Submit draft reports to the County’s Project Manager according to the timeline provided by the Contractor. Contractor will work with HCA to edit the reports to fix any factual errors or omissions. After receiving approval from County’s Project Management team on a finalized draft of each required report, Contractor shall submit the final reports to the County’s Project Manager within 30 calendar days.
J. Not share with other agencies or within the Contractor’s agency any data analyzed for HCA without express written permission from the County’s Project Manager.
K. Appoint a Program Manager who shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the evaluations, and shall be accessible to HCA by telephone and by email during business hours.
L. Provide County’s Project Manager an organizational chart identifying key personnel and reporting relationships when contract is executed, and within 72 hours of any changes to organizational structure.
