Common use of Initial Salary Clause in Contracts

Initial Salary. Commencing on the Start Date you shall be paid a monthly salary of $7,000.00 (and as modified from time to time hereunder, the “Monthly Payment”) ($84,000.00 per year), subject to applicable tax withholding, the salary is payable in 24 installments of $3,500.00 each on the 15th and last day of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement. The Monthly Payment shall be prorated for any partial months during the term of this Agreement.
