Common use of Injury On Clause in Contracts

Injury On. duty leave with pay (a) personal injury accidentally received in the performance of the employee’s duties and not caused by the employee’s willful misconduct, (b) sickness resulting from the nature of the employee’s employment, or (c) exposure to hazardous conditions in the course of the employee’s employment, if the employee agrees to pay to the Receiver General for Canada any amount received for loss of wages in settlement of any claim the employee may have in respect of such injury, sickness or exposure.
