Inledning. 1.1 Bakgrund och syfte‌ År 2008 erbjöd regeringen en rad olika kommuner lokala utvecklingsavtal (LUA-avtal) som hade till syfte att minska antalet stadsdelar i Sverige där en hög andel invånare kände ett utanförskap, ohälsa och otrygghet. Genom LUA-avtalet ville man minska andelen som var långvarigt beroende av försörjningsstöd samt sysslolösa. I samband med LUA-avtalet hade Brottsförebygganderådet och Statistiska centralbyrån i uppdrag att ta fram statistik om trygghet, demografiska och socioekonomiska förhållanden i de 38 utbalda stadsdelarna. Resultatet konstaterade att det fanns tre stadsdelar som hade högst antal anmälda xxxxx. Xxxxx tre stadsdelar visade sig vara Södra Innerstaden i Malmö, Centrum och Öster i Landskrona samt Skärholmen i Stockholm (Petersson SCB 2011). År 2012 upphörde xxxxx XXX-avtalen att xxxxx, och istället startade regeringen ett nytt projekt som går under namnet URBAN15. Syftet med projektet är detsamma som de tidigare LUA-avtalen, förutom att fokus istället ligger på kunskapshämtning, kunskapsspridning, utvärdering samt kunskapsutbyte (Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Brå 2016). I det nuvarande URBAN 15 projektet inkluderas 15 stadsdelar i nio olika kommuner runt om i Sverige. Södra Sofielund är ett av dessa områden som även lokaliserar sig i Södra Innerstaden i Malmö. År 2015 gjorde Xxx en ny undersökning i samarbete med URBAN 15 som konstaterade att Södra Sofielund hade fått högst antal anmälda xxxxx i hela Sverige (ibid.). Med bakgrund av xxxxx xxxxxx uppsatsförfattaren att studera vilka bakomliggande faktorer som kan bidra till att just att Södra Innerstaden i Malmö präglas av hög brottslighet. Studien kommer även försöka ta hjälp av kriminologiska teorier för att förklara dessa faktorer. Därmed är syftet med uppsatsen dels att identifiera vilka bakomliggande faktorer som bidrar till kriminalitet i Södra Innerstaden, Malmö, samt dels att förklara dessa faktorer med hjälp av kriminologiska teorier.
Inledning. 1 Dessa allmänna villkor för inköp (“Villkoren”) utgör bilaga till av parterna träffat avtal. Tillägg till och änd- ringar i Villkoren gäller endast i den mån detta skriftligen avtalats.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred.   • Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.
