Innovation Services. Subject to these IS Terms and the applicable service description posted on Workday’s Community site (each, a “Service Description”), Customer may access and use Innovation Services to enhance and optimize Customer’s experience with the Service (or such equivalent term in the MSA). Customer determines which Innovation Service(s) to participate in by actively enabling such Innovation Service(s) inside its Tenant (“IS Enablement”). Unless otherwise indicated in a Service Description or agreed in an Order Form, all Innovation Services are part of the Service, will be delivered with no additional fees to the Customer, and will be provided in English only.

Innovation Services. The intent of the Innovation Services is to provide guidance for the Road Map and operational transformation of Services compared to the marketplace resulting in market relevant and commercially viable products / services.
Innovation Services. Provider has agreed to develop and deploy new ideas, techniques, methods, processes or technology related to (a) assisting Client’s creation of a more efficient and cost-effective organizations, (b) improving alignment between technology initiatives and Client’s business goals, and (c) otherwise providing innovation to Client in connection with the receipt of the Services (collectively, “Innovation Services”). Provider shall regularly propose Projects involving the Innovation Services to Client as part of governance model set forth in Exhibit 6 and implement those Projects approved by Client. Provider shall investigate and propose a Project for Innovation Services if requested by Client.
Innovation Services. Service Provider shall provide the innovation services as described below. These innovation services are discrete and separately administered activities, in addition to the Maintenance Services and Enhancement Services described above.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.
