Common use of Inoculation Clause in Contracts

Inoculation. The Employer agrees to pay reasonable expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for employees and members of an employee's immediate family residing in their household when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee's exposure to contagious diseases in the line of duty.

Inoculation. The Employer agrees to pay reasonable full expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for employees the employee and for members of an employee's immediate family residing in their household when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee's exposure to contagious diseases where said officer has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.

Inoculation.
