Inside Wire Maintenance. Except where specifically required by state or federal regulatory mandates, or as may be provided for under Section 6 of this Agreement, CenturyLink will not perform any maintenance of inside wire (premises wiring beyond the End User Customer's Demarcation Point) for CLEC or its End User Customers.
