Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. All Product Processed pursuant to this Agreement shall be received by Omeros subject to Omeros’ right to conduct inspections and performance testing of such Product. Omeros or its designee shall examine Product Delivered hereunder promptly after actual receipt thereof by Omeros or its designee utilizing such methodology as Omeros shall implement from time to time in its sole discretion.
Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. Buyer will make adequate inspection of the goods immediately after their receipt and will give Seller prompt notice of any non- conformity or defect; Buyer’s failure in either respect will constitute a waiver of such non-conformity or defect. All claims for shortages must be made in writing within 14 days after receipt of the goods by Buyer or its agent and specify the exact shortage complained of. Buyer must give written notice to the carrier’s agent in the event of damage or loss in transit. Failure to furnish such written claim within the prescribed period of time shall terminate all liability of Seller. Seller must be given the opportunity to inspect all defective and non-conforming material.
Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. Purchaser shall have 30 calendar days after receipt of goods or performance of services to accept or reject them as non-conforming with this PO. Rejected goods will be returned to Vendor, transportation charges collect, or held by Purchaser for disposition at Vendor's risk and expense. Based on an inspection of a valid sample, Purchaser may reject the goods or services in whole or in part. If goods delivered or services performed by Vendor are found to be defective, Purchaser shall have the right to require the correction thereof by Vendor. Purchaser may charge Vendor the cost of inspecting or re-inspecting rejected goods and/or services. Vendor agrees that Xxxxxxxxx's payment under this PO shall not be deemed acceptance of any goods or services delivered hereunder. Failure to reject within 30 days shall be deemed acceptance. Acceptance shall not relieve Vendor of its warranty obligations or liability for latent defects.

EY’s failure to reject any Good/Services within such time frame shall be deemed acceptance thereof. Rejected Good/Services shall be returned to Vendor, transportation charges collect, or promptly corrected by Vendor at Vendor’s sole cost, as applicable. EY may reject the Good/Services in whole or in part. Vendor agrees that EY’s payment under this PO shall not be deemed acceptance of any Good/Services delivered or performed hereunder. Acceptance shall not relieve Vendor of its warranty obligations or liability for latent defects.
Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. 1.11.1 The Bank shall have 30 calendar days after proper receipt of the goods or services purchased to inspect them and either to accept or reject them as non-conforming with the Agreement.
1.11.2 Rejected goods will be returned to the Supplier, transportation charges collect, or held by the Bank for disposition at the Supplier's risk and expense.
1.11.3 Based on an inspection of a valid sample, the Bank may reject the goods or services in whole or in part. If goods delivered or services performed by the Supplier are found to be defective, the Bank shall have the right to require the correction thereof by the Supplier. The Bank may charge the Supplier for the cost of inspecting or re-inspecting rejected goods and/or services.
1.11.4 The Supplier agrees that the Bank's payment under this Agreement shall not be deemed acceptance of any goods or services delivered hereunder. Failure to reject the goods or services within 30 days shall be deemed acceptance. However, acceptance whether express or implied, shall not relieve the Supplier of its warranty obligations or liability for latent defects.
Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. 12.1. After receipt of the Goods or performance of the Related Services, as the case may be, the Global Fund shall have the right to inspect, and accept or reject such Goods and/or Related Services. If the Contract provides that the Goods may be inspected prior to delivery, the Supplier shall notify the Global Fund when the Goods are ready for pre-delivery inspection. Rejected Goods will be returned to the Supplier at the Supplier’s cost. All reasonable facilities and assistance, including, but not limited to, access to drawings and production data, shall be furnished to the Global Fund or its designated inspection agents at no charge therefor.
12.2. Under no circumstances shall the Global Fund be required to accept any Goods and/or Related Services that do not conform to the specifications or requirements of the Contract. Based on an inspection of a valid sample, the Global Fund may reject the Goods and/or Related Services in whole or in part. If the Global Fund determines that the Goods delivered and/or Related Services performed by the Supplier do not conform with the specifications or requirements of the Contract, the Global Fund shall have the right to notify the Supplier of such nonconformity and give the Supplier a period of time to ensure, at the Supplier’s own cost, that the concerned Goods and/or Related Services conform with the pertinent specifications or requirements. The Global Fund may charge the Supplier the cost of inspecting or re-inspecting rejected Goods and/or Related Services. The Supplier agrees that the Global Fund’s payment under the Contract shall not be deemed an acceptance of any of the Goods and/or Related Services delivered. Neither the carrying out of any inspections of the Goods and/or Related Services nor any failure to undertake any such inspections shall relieve the Supplier of any of its warranties or the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract.

Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. Inspection, acceptance or rightful rejection of Goods shall be made within 60 days after Xxxxx’s receipt of the Goods. Buyer shall promptly notify Supplier of any non-conformity or defect and hold such Goods pending Supplier’s inspection. Buyer’s failure in either respect will constitute a waiver of such nonconformity or defect. Supplier will inspect all containers before loading the Goods and in case of any known or obvious contamination reject such container(s). Supplier shall notify Buyer in regards to any rejection of containers pursuant to this Section. In the event Supplier was unable to discover latent defects in such containers, Buyer shall seek all available remedies from its insurer prior to seeking any remedies from Supplier. In the event Supplier seeks to pursue action against the container company or shipping company, Buyer agrees to use reasonable efforts to assist Supplier with such claim/action.
Inspection, Acceptance or Rejection. The Goods shall be subject to inspection and tests by Purchaser and inspection and acceptance or rejection of the Goods shall be made as promptly as practicable after delivery. Failure to promptly inspect, accept or reject the Goods shall, nonetheless, not release the Seller from the responsibility of providing the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If Purchaser rejects the Goods for whatever reason, said Goods shall be held, transported and/or stored at Seller's sole expense. Seller agrees that it shall promptly reimburse Purchaser for any such expenses.
