Inspection; access to records. Grantee shall permit the State, the federal government, and any other duly authorized agent of a governmental agency to audit, inspect, examine, excerpt, copy and transcribe Grantee or its subgrantee or Subcontractors Records during the Record Retention Period. Grantee shall make Grantee Records available during normal business hours at Grantee’s office or place of business, or at other mutually agreed upon times or locations, upon no fewer than twenty-four hours notice from the State, unless the State determines that a shorter period of notice, or no notice, is necessary to protect the interests of the State as follows:

Inspection; access to records. The Company shall permit each Stockholder and any of their authorized representatives at the expense of such Stockholder, to visit and inspect the properties of the Company, including its corporate books and records, and to discuss the Company’s business and finances with officers of the Company, in each case for any purpose reasonably related to such Stockholder’s interest in the Company, during normal business hours following reasonable notice and as often as may be reasonably requested; provided that any such access provided pursuant to this Section 6.3 shall not unduly interfere with the operations of conduct of the business of the Company. The Company shall supply all such other information as such Stockholder may reasonably request for the purpose of enabling such Stockholder to comply with any reporting or compliance requirements imposed by any statute, rule, regulation or otherwise by any governmental agency or authority.

  • Access to Records The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to all costs incurred under this Contract. They shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during this Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by the State or its authorized designees. Copies shall be furnished at no cost to the State if requested.

  • Maintenance of and Access to Records The Servicer will maintain each Receivable File in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5). The Servicer will make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request. The Servicer will provide access to the Receivable Files, and the related accounts records, and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee direct, but only upon reasonable notice and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer.
