Inspection Certificate. 1. Each inspection certificate issued under the Act by an inspector must be in a form approved by the FSA, and include the following information within its terms: a. The caption "United States Warehouse Act, Cottonseed Inspection Certificate”. b. Whether it is an original, a duplicate, or other copy, and that it is not negotiable. c. The name and location of the warehouse in which the cottonseed is or is to be stored. d. A statement showing whether the inspection covers cottonseed moving into or out of the warehouse. e. The date of the certificate. f. The consecutive number of the certificate. g. The location of the cottonseed. h. The condition of the cottonseed. i. The identification number of the bag or lot. j. The approximate quantity of cottonseed covered by the certificate. k. A blank line for recording general remarks upon the condition of the cottonseed. l. A statement that the certificate is issued by an inspector licensed under the Act and the regulations thereunder. m. The signature of the inspector who inspected the cottonseed. 2. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 1, the inspection certificate may include any other matter consistent with the Act or the regulations, provided the authorization of FSA is first secured. 3. In lieu of an inspection certificate in the form prescribed in paragraph one, an official inspection certificate issued under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 on cottonseed which is stored or to be stored in a warehouse licensed under the Act will be acceptable for purposes of the Act and the regulations.
Inspection Certificate. The term “Inspection Certificate” shall mean a certificate issued by the Inspecting Engineers approving, among other matters, soils test, Plans (including, without limitation, systems, structural details, and compliance with any local, state or federal laws), construction cost breakdown, progress schedules and contracts with the Contractor and major subcontractors.
