Acceptance Test Certificate definition

Acceptance Test Certificate means the test certificate referred to in Clause 7.2.
Acceptance Test Certificate means a certificate issued by the Supplier to the Customer confirming successful execution of Acceptance Test Criteria, accepted by the Customer in accordance with Schedule 2, clause1.7;
Acceptance Test Certificate means the certificate issued by the Owner’s Consultant in the form attached at Appendix 15, certifying that the DBO Contractor has successfully completed the Acceptance Test Work.

  • The Customer shall not unreasonably delay, or withhold the signature on the Acceptance Test Certificate.

  • If the Buyer’s representative was present at the Acceptance Test, the Acceptance Test Certificate shall not be valid unless certified by both the Buyer’s representative and the Seller.

  • Endorsement of the Acceptance Test Certificate by the Buyer shall not relieve the Seller of its obligations hereunder.

Acceptance Test Certificate. (ATC hereinafter referred to as BAUT) means an official written statement signed by acceptance test team assigned by both Parties, indicating that the Works have been performed, completed, tested satisfactorily and can be operated commercially in accordance with the Contract.
