Inspection for Compliance. Landlord and its employees, agents, and representatives, each have the right (but not the obligation), upon reasonable notice, to inspect the Leased Premises for compliance with any Environmental Laws.

Inspection for Compliance. Google may from time to time carry out audits to ensure Your compliance with this Agreement and the proper functioning of Your technology, to reconcile discrepancies and to validate research methodologies and data practices. You shall provide Google with reasonable access to Your premises, technology and records for such purposes.
Inspection for Compliance. Google reserves the right to audit Your technology and investigate any activity in order to ensure Your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event Google reasonably determines that Your technology may have providing, serving, delivery, rendering, privacy, security-related issues or inaccurate metrics, then upon 10 business days prior written notice Google may engage, and You will provide reasonable access to, Google's third party auditor (who agrees in writing to the security and confidentiality obligations and procedures reasonably required by You) to audit copies of Your records and other pertinent technology to the extent relevant to Your use or participation in the Program and Your obligations under this Agreement. The audits shall be at Google's expense and will be conducted no more than once during each 12 month period (unless an audit reveals a discrepancy of greater than 10%, noncompliance with any of the terms of this Agreement or Program Polices, in which case such audit will not be counted toward the limit), during normal business hours and without unreasonably interfering with Your normal business operations.
Inspection for Compliance. Notwithstanding Section 2(d) herein, Google reserves the right in its sole discretion to audit CMP Documentation and investigate any activity hereunder in order to ensure Company’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon 5 business days prior wri en notice or as mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing (email being su cient), during normal business hours and without unreasonably interfering with Company’s normal business operations, Google may inspect Company’s integration of the Google Products and other pertinent technology, in each case, to the extent relevant to Company’s use or participation in the Program and Company’s obligations under this Agreement. The audit will be conducted at Google's expense and will be conducted a reasonable amount of time(s) per year (unless an audit reveals noncompliance with any of the terms of this Agreement, in which case such audit will not be counted toward the limit). For the sake of clarity, no inspection conducted by Google under this Section 10 will relieve Company of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
