INSPECTION OF PAYROLL RECORDS. In order to facilitate the proper functioning of the Health and Welfare and Pension Plans herein, and to ensure that contributions are being made for all covered employees in accordance with the provisions of the bargaining agreement, the Employer hereby agrees to the examina­ tion o f those records deemed necessary by a certified public account, or by any other party to be mutually agreed to by the parties hereto. (This Article applies to Food Clerks only).
