  • Justification for the Request The request for a supplemental funding for any of the above-mentioned programs should contain a justification clearly documenting the need for the additional funding authority during the current quarter. This documentation should be in the form of State accounting records or similar documents that will show the actual expenditures through the most recent month for which such data are available, as well as the State's most accurate projection of its anticipated expenditures during the remaining month(s) of the quarter. For either the TANF or the CCDF program, the State's justification should also include an explanation of the activities requiring the obligation and/or expenditure of amounts that exceed the normal quarterly grant award restrictions and why these activities could not have been delayed until the next quarter.

  • Inspection; Acceptance The Contractor (immixTechnology, Inc.) can only, and shall only tender for acceptance those items that substantially conform to the software manufacturer’s (“Dassault Systemes Americas Corp.”) published specifications. Therefore, items delivered shall be considered accepted upon delivery. The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been delivered. The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or re-performance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price. If repair/replacement or re-performance will not correct the defects or is not possible, the Government may seek an equitable price reduction or adequate consideration for acceptance of nonconforming supplies or services. The Government must exercise its post-acceptance rights-

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) The process described in the UNE Attachment that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provides a UNE that it is not otherwise required to provide under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.

  • INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. All Goods will be subject to Mercy Corps' inspection and testing (which may be done by a third party authorized by Mercy Corps), at any time and place, including the period of manufacture/production/creation and before final acceptance. If Mercy Corps inspects or tests at Supplier's premises, Supplier, without additional charge, will provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of Mercy Corps' inspectors. No inspection or testing done or not done before final inspection and acceptance will relieve Supplier from responsibility for defects or for other failure to meet the requirements of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any prior inspections or payments made, all Goods will be subject to final inspection and acceptance at the Delivery Location within a reasonable time after delivery (but in no event, less than three days after the date of delivery).

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work.   • Invoice Submittal DEO shall reimburse Subrecipient in accordance with Section 6, above. In accordance with the Funding Requirements of s. 215.971(1), F.S. and Section 21 of this Agreement, Subrecipient and its subcontractors may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during this Agreement.   • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).

  • BONA FIDE REQUEST PROCESS 42.1. Embarq shall promptly consider and analyze CLEC requests for unbundled Network Elements that are not currently developed by Embarq, network information that is reasonably required to determine what unbundled Network Elements it needs to serve a particular customer or development of and changes to Embarq work processes related to ordering, provisioning or installation of unbundled Network Elements with the submission of a Bona Fide Request (“BFR”) hereunder.
