First Violation. The minimum penalty for a first offense is suspension from 1-3 game/meet/event. The principal/athletic director may assign a further penalty if warranted. If the violation occurs out of season, the penalty will be applied to the next season in which the student is participating in an activity. The student must complete the season in good standing.

Failure of an employee to cooperate in counseling or treatment as recommended by the EAP and/or the MRO or the follow-up testing program shall subject the employee to discharge.

If not, Compliance will proceed to Second Violation notice.
