Institutional Objectives. The four parties believe that the expansion and strengthening of scientific and educational exchange and cooperation is of mutual value for all parties. In particular, they share a common interest in the topic of “smart cities” and in related fields such as management and economics, information and communication technologies, city management, regional development and public management. This intensive programme aims to promote the skills of participating schools in these areas and increase their international visibility.
