Common use of Instructional Calendar Clause in Contracts

Instructional Calendar. (1) The instructional calendar will be based on the college master calendar. (2) State mandated assessments will follow the State Board of Education and TEA compliance standards. (3) Inclement weather procedures will be established in consultation with all Parties to this MOU.
