Common use of Instructional Technology Clause in Contracts

Instructional Technology. (a) Given the potential of continued growth and emphasis on courses utilizing instructional technology, it is recognized that special considerations in assignment may be necessary, including, but not limited to, (i) compensation enhancement and/or adjustment of assignment; (ii) availability of support services, including instructional design support; (iii) training and development; and (iv) necessary equipment.

Instructional Technology. (a) Given the potential of continued growth and emphasis on courses utilizing instructional technology, it is recognized that special considerations in assignment may be necessary, including, but not limited to, (ia) compensation enhancement and/or adjustment of assignment; (iib) availability of support services, including instructional design support; (iiic) training and development; and (ivd) necessary equipment. Any new or revised policies on development of Instructional Technology courses shall be bargained with UFF prior to implementation.
