Instructor's Diploma or Equivalent. 5.5.1 In order to ensure that instructors are up-to-date in instructional processes and professional skills, completion of the Provincial (B.C.) Instructors Diploma Program, the Native Adult Instructors Diploma, or their equivalent is highly recommended for all regular instructors.
