Common use of Insurance Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Insurance Advisory Committee. A. An insurance advisory committee shall be created consisting of equal representation of members appointed by the ECHO Board, the EEA and the ESP Associations, not to exceed a total of nine (9) members. B. This group will establish a regular meeting schedule and will be chaired by the member of the committee elected at the first committee meeting.
