Insurance Benefits Extension for Maternity, Parental and Adoptive Parents. The District will provide one (1) additional month of District contribution towards insurance coverage for an employee on an unpaid portion of a parental/maternity leave for the month following the last month in which the employee had a paid portion of their leave.
