Common use of Insurance Carrier Selection Clause in Contracts

Insurance Carrier Selection. It is understood that the Corporation reserves the right to select from time to time the carrier for any insurance under this Article (other than the Ontario Health Insurance Plan) provided that the benefits conferred thereby are as good as the present plan.
