Common use of Insurance Participation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Participation. An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions, but shall pay the entire premium for such program as the employee wishes to retain, commencing with the beginning of the unpaid leave.
