Meeting Time. All meetings between the parties shall be scheduled, whenever possible, to take place when the employees involved are free from assigned responsibilities, unless otherwise agreed.

Xxxxx, President Conservation Police Officer's Lodge 000 000 Xxxxx Xx Cogan Station, PA 17728 RE: Alternative Discipline Program Dear Xx. Xxxxx: As agreed to between the parties, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 25, Section 5 and Recommendation 24, Section 6, the Conservation Police Officer's Lodge 114 (Fish) and the Commonwealth agree to expand the Alternative Discipline Program. It is understood that the tenets of Article 25, Section 1 and Recommendation 24, Section 1, regarding just cause will continue to apply. Appeal procedures will not be affected by the Alternative Discipline Program. Effective 30 calendar days from the signing of this side letter, the Alternative Discipline Program will encompass discipline for other infractions beyond those related to time and attendance, work performance, and failure to pay Corporate Card bill after reimbursement of eligible expenses has been made by the Commonwealth. The Alternative Discipline Program will differ from the traditional progressive discipline steps by replacing suspensions without pay with the following:
Meeting Time. Association members who have assigned duties after normal school hours will be able to attend Association meetings, at no detriment to themselves, so long as their duties are covered and their supervisor so informed.
Meeting Time. The team shall meet at least once each month if there are agenda items, and upon agreement may meet at any other time. Committee members will submit items for the agenda at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting to the Superintendent. Team work is strictly a voluntary activity.
Meeting Time. 9 The Committee shall meet not more than once per month at times that do not 10 conflict with routine duty assignments. Each Committee member shall be entitled to up 11 to two (2) paid hours per month at the nurse’s regular straight-time rate for the purpose 12 of attending Committee meetings.
Meeting Time. Coordinators will be required to attend one after-school meeting per month beyond that required of other Unit A employees. They will receive, whenever possible, a week’s notice of meetings in order to facilitate their ability to schedule. Secretarial Support The equivalent of a .2 secretary will be provided to assist Curriculum Coordinators. When necessary, and with mutual notice, the curriculum secretary will meet with the coordinators in their primary building. Evaluation of Coordinators For their curriculum or student services responsibilities the building principals, with input from, the Director of Curriculum and Staff Development, will evaluate the coordinators annually using the goal setting and summative evaluation form. Goals will be established using the timeline of Unit A. The annual summative evaluation included in this document will be completed by June 15.
Meeting Time. Where three or more classes are held simultaneously in the same mandated subject area in the same center and a need exists for teachers to spend time coordinating the movement of students among the classes, the teachers may request time to meet. With the approval of the appropriate administrator, classes may be dismissed one-half hour early to allow teachers coordination time not to exceed three times per semester. Compensation will be for the hours the class is regularly scheduled. Teachers shall be compensated at a rate of $20.00 per hour or portion thereof for attendance at in-service meetings scheduled, conducted and required by the Adult Education administration. Attendance at such meetings shall be taken by the administration for the purpose of this section.
