Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The Contractor shall develop and maintain a production IMS for production units and Engineering tasking under this contract, as part of the Integrated Program Master Report (IPMR) Format 6 (CDRL A004). Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The contractor shall develop and maintain an IMS that is event based and consists of a hierarchy of project events, with each event being supported by specific accomplishments, and each accomplishment associated with specific criteria to be satisfied for its completion. The IMS shall provide sufficient definition to track the step-by-step completion of the required accomplishments for each event and demonstrate satisfaction of the completion criteria for each accomplishment. The schedule must identify the interdependencies between CWBS elements at the level appropriate for efficient program management. The IMS shall be linked to the CWBS. The IMS shall include the CWBS at a level that provides consistent tracking of contractor data in accordance with Integrated Program Management Report IAW DI-MGMT-81861 requirements. The IMS must include contractor, subcontractor, and Government activities (e.g., Government-led verification and testing events).
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Regeneron will provide an Integrated Master Schedule within [* * *] of the award, and shall update such schedule to reflect any material changes. Within an agreed upon timeframe of the effective date of the contract, Regeneron will make any agreed upon changes between Regeneron and Agreements Officer and/or Project Officer at the the Government. The schedule shall contain the planned events and milestones, accomplishments, exit criteria, and activities from contract award to the completion of the contract. The Contractor shall quantify risk, at a minimum, in hours, days, or weeks of delay and provide optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely duration for each IMS risk activity and event.
