Contract Work Breakdown Structure. The contractor shall develop, provide, and maintain a contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, in accordance with DRD C-PC-04, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Dictionary. The contract WBS shall serve as the framework for contract planning, budgeting, cost reporting, schedule resource loading, and schedule status reporting to the ISS Program. The WBS map shall show mapping of the contractor WBS to SSP 50659, ISS Program WBS, at the lowest level of the ISS Program WBS. Elements of work provided by subcontractors with a total value of $1M or more shall be identified in the contract WBS.

Contract Work Breakdown Structure. 3.2.1.1 The contractor shall extend the government supplied Proposed Contract Work Breakdown Structure (attachment 4 to section J ) to the work package and planning package level. Contract Work Breakdown Structure. The Contractor shall provide, as part of the Program Management Plan, a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), without cost or price data, which systematically defines the total program in such a way that all elements have the proper relation to each other and that all elements are incorporated. The CWBS shall include all the deliverable (and non-deliverable but critical) end items called out in this Contract, including flight equipment (from unit level up), ground support/test equipment, facilities, services, manuals, reports, etc. It shall also include the major functional tasks that must be performed to conceive, design, fabricate, assemble, test and deliver the end items. Each CWBS element shall have a unique identification number which also reflects its logical relationship to other CWBS elements, and as such can be the basis for the production of specification and drawing “trees”. The reference numbers of deliverable data shall include references to the corresponding CWBS numbers.
Contract Work Breakdown Structure. (CWBS) The Contractor shall develop, deliver, maintain, and adhere to detailed product-oriented CWBSs for DRIS consistent with MIL-HDBK-881 (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/pm/newpolicy/wbs/ mil_hdbk_881/ mil_hdbk_881.htm) to use for its management of the DRIS Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that the CWBS will allow for Government visibility into the Contractor’s detailed milestones and the status of deliverables and products for the DRIS contract. The Government will use this information for performance measurement and tracking of the status of DRIS activities. The Contractor shall minimize the use of Level-of-Effort cost accounts to the greatest extent practical. The Government has developed a level 2 Program WBS for Phase IA, which is provided in Section J Attachment 4. The Government will also develop Program WBSs for Phases IB, II and III based on the Contractor’s solution. The Contractor shall develop a detailed CWBS for each phase based on the Government’s Program WBS. The Contractor shall develop, deliver, maintain, and adhere to separate CWBSs for each phase/sub phase of DRIS with the phase or sub phase as the top level. Given the current phase structure for Phases IA, IB, II and III, the Government expects four separate CWBSs. The Contractor shall update the CWBS when necessary to reflect changes in tasking, program structure, program organization, contractual or sub-contractual agreements, or reporting requirements. (Refer to Section C.3.2 for additional information.) The Contractor shall develop, deliver, maintain, and adhere to a dictionary for each CWBS. The Contractor shall provide the Government with updates to the dictionaries as changes occur to the CWBSs.

Contract Work Breakdown Structure. The Contractor must develop and maintain the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary using its format. The CWBS provides the basis for further extension by the Contractor to lower levels during the performance of the contract. The Contractor uses the CWBS as the primary framework for contract planning, budgeting, and reporting of the cost, schedule, and technical performance status to the Government. The Contractor, if necessary, updates the CWBS during the execution of the contract. Changes to the CWBS or associated definitions, at any reporting level, require approval of the Government.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
