INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. 12.1. No provision of this Agreement may be considered in isolation, separate from the Agreement. In cases where the provisions need to be interpreted, the whole agreement shall be taken into consideration. This License Agreement is an integral part of the Sales Agreement concluded between the parties. In cases where there is no provision in the License Agreement, the relevant provisions in the Sales Agreement shall apply.
12.2. If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force. If one or more of the provisions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the contract may be terminated in accordance with the notice and termination provisions set out above, even if it makes it impossible for the contract to remain in force.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. The heading of each of the Clauses of this Contract are solely for purposes of drafting and clarity, and shall in no case have any effect on the validity of the content and/or conditions set forth herein.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. This contract and its annexes are the final and complete contract between the parties in respect of the lease of the premises and supersede all previous or contemporaneous understandings and agreements reached between the parties in this regard. This contract shall not be amended without the written consent of both parties; any matters not covered by this contract shall be settled by separate negotiations between Party A and Party B and a supplementary agreement shall be signed, which shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. Notwithstanding any provisions in Clause 10 of the Contract, both parties confirm that this Contract shall constitute an entire agreement or consensus of both parties on the contents hereof after coming into effect and shall supersede all oral or/and written agreement or consensus of both parties previously reached on the contents hereof.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement of all the terms and conditions governing its purpose and it substitutes all prior contracts and agreements, written or oral, between PGPB and the Client in relation to it. No contract or negotiations of the Parties prior to the execution of this Contract, as well as any declaration of any employee, empowered person or representative of any of the Parties, realized prior to the execution of this Contract, will be admissible for the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Contract.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. This contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of the contract and it replaces and/or supersedes all the previous agreement, commitment, understanding and statement made or reached by the parties or one of them, either orally or in writing (in the case of a draft, as well as in a completed form).
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. Each of the Parties agree that it has entered into this Contract only on the expressed statements and guarantees included in this Contract (and Principles for Transmission Network Operation) and it enters into this Contract for Transportation of Natural Gas between Entry Point and Exit Point within the framework of such statements and guarantees. The Parties explicitly declare all statements and guarantees, which have been given in writing or orally, explicitly or impliedly before the signing of this Contract, invalid.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. Modifications. Seventeenth. Announcements, Notifications and Addresses. Eighteenth. Successors and Assigns. Nineteenth.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. The invalidity in whole or in part of one or more of the non-essential provisions of this Contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Contract.
INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT. The present Contract, including its Attachments, constitutes the full contract between the Parties regarding the object involved, and replaces all other previous oral or written agreements, understandings and pacts regarding the same object.
