Intent Statement. 7 The intent of this Section is to define a hardship, its duration, and the process by which a 8 request for a temporary hardship assignment may be approved. 9 Local 925 and King County recognize that employees occasionally have personal 10 circumstances that make it difficult for them to perform their current assignment. This Section is 11 designed to provide time for the employees to resolve their hardship and return to their regular work 12 schedules and job assignments.
